Eu fiz uma compra no site do ebay ( fornecedor = UNIQUESQUARED) e apos alguns problemas relacionados a qualidade dos produtos (mau funcionamento, e, necessidade de substituicao ) tentei a troca.
Apos alguns problemas de comunicacao, 2 meses apos a compra inicial, eu, finalmente recebi o meu equipamento.
Devo ser justo e mencionar que o pessoal da Uniquesquared (apesar das falhas de comunicacao por email) eles honraram sua empresa, e cumpriram com o acordo negociado comigo (a troca do MIDI CONTROLLER defeituoso M-AUDIO Axiom Pro 61 por um AKAI Mpk61).
Tive que aguardar o demorado tempo para as importacoes e, infelizmente, apesar de eles tereem declarado “troca de mercadoria defeituosa” Eu tive que pagar 2 vezes o imposto de importacao Brasileiro……. mas, no final das contas, recebi o equipamento (AKAI MIDI CONTROLLER) e, agora, finalmente, estou feliz.
Dica: fiquem atentos e alertas com as compras internacionais, principalmente, com as condicoes relacionadas a devolucao de mercadorias…

I made a purchase on ebay site (vendor = UNIQUESQUARED) and after some problems related to product quality (malfunction, and need for replacement) triedto return.
After some communication problems, two months after the initial purchase, I finallyreceived my equipment.
I must be fair and mention that the staff of Uniquesquared (despite failures of communication by email) they honored their company, and complied with the agreement negotiated with me (to replace the defective MIDI controller M-AudioAxiom Pro 61 for an AKAI Mpk61).
I had to wait for the lengthy time for imports and, unfortunately, although theytereem declared “exchange defective merchandise” I had to pay two times theBrazilian import tax ……. but in the end, I got the machine (AKAI MIDICONTROLLER), and now, finally, I’m happy.
Tip: Be aware and alert to the international purchases, especially with the conditions related to return of goods …
